William’s project focused on building a teacher pipeline in Sunflower County by creating nontraditional pathways to licensure and professional growth. Through partnerships and in-house training, he helped more than 100 teachers across 11 schools strengthen their skills and pursue certification. He now serves as Assistant Superintendent for the Sunflower County Consolidated School District, continuing to advance educational equity and teacher development.
