Dylan founded Equity Analytics, a data platform that empowers educators to make real-time, evidence-based decisions in their classrooms. What began as a fellowship project in Sunflower County has scaled to serve more than 8,000 students and 1,000 teachers across 20+ Mississippi school districts, now expanding into Arkansas. Dylan now serves as Director of District and School Performance at The Kirkland Group, continuing his mission to drive equity and excellence in education through data-driven insight.
